Order Dispatch
- Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order placement.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation of the delivery address over a call.

Delivery Timelines
- For customers living in Metros and Tier-1 cities, products are typically delivered within 5 working days.
- For customers in other locations, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
- Please note: In some cases, delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner delays, location constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Limitations
- Delivery is limited to certain pin codes/locations. For further information on whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team.

Shipment Tracking
- You will receive regular updates on your shipment status at each stage, from order placement to processing, ready-to-ship, dispatch, and delivery.

Important Shipping Information
- While most orders are dispatched promptly, there may be exceptions where we may take up to 3 working days to ship the order due to product availability or other reasons.
- We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition and in the fastest time possible, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
- All shipments are sent with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.

Exceptions & Liability
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, there may occasionally be delays of 0-2 days due to courier service loads or other factors beyond our control.
- In case an order contains multiple items, we will attempt to ship all items together. However, due to product characteristics or availability, some items may be shipped separately.
